The first day in Garching began actually completely well. Anton G. Ostermann, Tobias Schäfer and Nils Hirseland arrived already before 8 o'clock in the morning and were received from Dieter Wengenmeier. After this Klaus Bollhoefener arrived, who similarly as Nils Hirseland and Tobias Schäfer seemed to be very tired and exhausted, probably because of few sleep the day before.

Almost punctually around short before 11:00 o'clock also Thomas Rabenstein, Thorsten Eyrich and Rainer Schwippl in the Bürgerhaus arrived. The club desk was structured within few hours.

During the structuring Klaus Bollhoefener, Thorsten Eyrich, Nils Hirseland and Tobias Schäfer went to have breakfast. Tobias tried meanwhile the foreign language called Bavarian. However in vain, since from a " Wuerschtl " rather a " Wuerchtel " became.

The club desk of the PROC was three-ways larger in the comparison to the last PERRY RHODAN Con in Garching. About seven computers, several dozen of pictures, CD-ROM, books, videos and the two Ilts Gucky and Jumpy decorated the PROC club desk, which took a quarter of the small hall.

Ever more PROC'ler wobbled in, so also Michael Rauter, Gerd Schenk, Heiko Popp, Alexander Nofftz, Holger Höpfl, Bernd Gemm and all the other ones.

Also the authors and editors came quite early. Klaus N. Frick honoured our club desk and conversed with some fans. Also on the courses it filled with lives, many books and fan articles of the PRFZ, booksellers and many other PERRY RHODAN fan, which build up an impressing supply within shortest time.

Naturally at this large number of technique (thanks to Murphy) it came to some problems. Thus the head PC, on which the Internet access with the Web Cam should be created, not functioned after the driver installation for the digital camera. Nothing went more. Some repair attempts and new installations followed, until around 21:00 at least the online access functioned. On the Web Cam still someone operates.

There was a first point of program in this evening already. "The phenomenon Perry Rhodan", a video documentation with interesting interviews of the Weltcon 2000 in Mainz, comments of authors and fans, as well as background reports, much information and all worth knowing around Perry Rhodan. Also the PROC video, which formed the Opener of the Weltcons, was mentioned. A new version of the animation of the PROC Render team will form a central point of the program during the initialization of the Garching Con. The video with a total length of 32 minutes can be acquired after the Con over our homepage, or directly during the meeting at the PROC desk.

To late hour still the DORGON authors sat togehter and discussed omitted the current DORGON action and the future of the fan series of the PROC. Ralf König, Ralf Kley, Alex Nofftz, Tobias Schäfer and Nils Hirseland had determined the cornerstones to 99. Likewise in planning was a paperback over the youth of the son of the chaos Goshkan by Ralf Köng. This book series could one however not release under 80 in company of parents. One discussed likewise whether a dying figure from series should be killed additionally, or whether it is sufficient nevertheless to let him die simply. To these sadistical considerations it went to technical questions. It was very heavily to be made clear to all present ones, about which one talked. In any case the fan author team enjoyed  the first amateur author conference and wants to improve the communication among themselves. .

The hall was closed against 23 o'clock and the active aids pull themselves into their dwellings or hotels. Only a hard core around some Black Hole Galaxy club members and certain editors, whom we don't want to name, sat still somewhat longer at bar...
